How a progress series works
- 1We visit or review the site plan and agree the flight path, camera positions and a safe take-off point with the site manager.
- 2First flight establishes the baseline — those exact positions are recorded and reused.
- 3Each subsequent visit repeats the path, so month three lines up with month one frame for frame.
- 4Imagery is delivered within 48 hours, named by date so it slots into your progress reporting.
- 5At handover we cut the series into a before-and-after film for the client and for your own marketing.
How construction work is priced
Charged at £100 per hour. Travel is free within 30 miles of Witham, Essex, then £1.50 per mile. Recurring monthly programmes can be quoted as a block — ask us.
Single progress flight
£100One visit covering whole-site overheads, oblique views of each block and a 4K flyover. Suitable for smaller sites or a one-off record.
